3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – December 5, 2023
Member Kessel moved to approve the minutes from December 5, 2023, with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Kessel reported that two Zoning Board of Appeals reappointments will go to the full board.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that the Clayberg had some contacted CAN’s in December due to illness.
c. County Highway
Member Heller reported that a resolution for a new culvert in Deerfield will be going to the full board. The new truck has been delivered.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Thompson reported that two new policies, Bio Metric and Financial, will be going to the full board.
e. Property, Public Safety
Member Williams reported that the old Sheriff’s truck will be going to the campground, and the old campground truck will be going up on eBay, Other old police vehicles will also be posted on eBay.
