Southwood moved to approve the agenda with a second from McKenzie. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

a. Discussion/Action: Selection of Vision and Dental Insurance Plan and Provider to send to County Board for Approval
Discussion of renewing Guardian Contract.
Southwood moved to approve with a Second from Webb. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0)
