3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Move 9.b above claims
Member Murphy moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried
by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – September 5, 2023
Member Sloan moved to approve the minutes from September 5, 2023 with a second from Member
Widger. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Natalie expressed her interest in the Hostess position opened out at the Campground.

Member Murphy moved to approve the invoice with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by
roll call vote (7-0).
b. Discussion/Action: ARPA Funding Reallocation
Keith gave an update on the highway building. The building had 6 bids, the lowest being Peoria
Metro Construction. $1 million of ARPA will go towards the Highway building.
Member Sloan moved to approve the Reallocation of ARPA funds with a second by Murphy. Motion
carried by roll call vote (7-0).

a. Sheriff
Sheriff Webb reported the Sheriff’s claims were $17,777.77. Member Murphy moved to approve the
claims with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).
b. Jail
Sheriff Webb reported the Jail claims were $33,029.68. Member Murphy moved to approve the
claims with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).
c. Animal Control
Sheriff Webb reported the Animal claims were $4,710.61. Member Murphy moved to approve the
claims with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).
d. Merit
Sheriff Webb reported the Merit claims were $123.00. Member Murphy moved to approve the claims
with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).

a. ESDA Claims
Member Williams reported the ESDA claims were $624.80. Member Murphy moved to approve the
claims with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).

a. FY24 Jail Meal Bid Opening & Approval
Adair Café’s bid was $15.55 per inmate a day, and Clayberg’s bid was $12.75 per inmate a day.
Member Murphy moved to approve the Clayberg bid with a second from member Sloan. Motion
carried by roll call vote (7-0).

a. Campground Claims
Member Williams reported the Campground claims were $2,636.03 and $16,096.09. Member Sloan
moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Murphy. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-
0).
