Time: 5:15 PM
Date: Tuesday, Nov 14, 2023,
1. Call to Order: 5:15 pm
2. Roll Call: Brian Platt, present; Barry Beck, present; James Barclay, present; Lisa Thompson, present; Dan Kumer, present. Also present Tammie Denning, Administrator and Diana Keime, BOM.
3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Meeting Agenda: Thompson made a motion to accept the agenda, 2nd by Beck. All in favor, motion carried.
4. Announcements, Communications and Correspondence – All Health Facilities: none
5. Public Remarks: none
a. Members of the Public who wish to address the Board must provide the Chairperson with prior written notice of their intent to speak. The written notice shall identify the name and address of the speaker, as well as a short statement indicating the speaker’s topic. Each citizen is limited to five (5) minutes. Citizen’s remarks shall not exceed 30 minutes per meeting.
6. Executive Session for the Discussion of Personnel Issues as Described in 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1): Thompson made a motion to enter executive session at 5:18 pm, 2nd by Beck. All in favor, motion carried.
Executive session ended at 5:29pm
7. New Business:
a. Discussion/Action: – Clayberg Administrator Contract: Beck made a motin to approve the Clayberg Administrator contract for 1 years, with a 5% increase, to 91785.00. This was 2nd by Thompson. A roll call vote was taken and in favor. Motion carried.
8. Misc.: Thompson requested it be clarified that the appropriation transfers were approved at the regular Health Committee meeting on 11/7/23,but were signed by the Health Committee at the Special Meeting held 11/14/23.
9. Adjournment: Barclay made a motion to adjourn 2nd by Kumer. All in favor, motion carried.
