Chairman Spangler called the Regular Session, February 13, 2024, meeting to order at 6:30 PM in Courtroom 201 at the Fulton County Courthouse in Lewistown, IL.

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES
A. Regular Session – January 17, 2024
Member Thompson made a change to a typo in the Treasure report. County gen revenue was listed as $984 Million. It is $984 thousand.
Member Murphy moved to approve the amended minutes with a second from Member Berry. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA
Member Thompson noted that items 8.a.i and 8.a.ii include resolutions. 8.a.iii needs to be moved to Other Funds Immediate Emergency in consent. Item E. b to be moved to action.
Member Berry moved to approve the amended agenda with a second from Member Kessel. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

a. Fulton County GIS Map Website
Clerk O’Brian, Assessor Russell and ESDA-ETSB Director Helle, presented the new GIS Map Website. This map can be found on the Fulton County Website.

a. Thank you to the Western GIS Program for help with the Website.
Chairman Spangler presented Chad and Rena from Westerns GIS program a certificate of appreciation. The Fulton County Board would like to thank them on the help and support provided on the project.
