3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Deletion of all new business items, no action needs to be taken.
Member Southwood moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – November 7, 2023
Member Widger moved to approve the minutes from November 7, 2023, with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Claims/Financial Report
Member Southwood moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0)
8. Zoning Office Report
Zoning Officer Emmons reported that The Zoning Office received $1,445.30 in revenue through November 2023. Three new construction permits were received, and three initial construction inspections. There were ten final construction inspections were performed. Ten plat act affidavits have been signed. Approximately 60 consultations occurred over the phone regarding Zoning issues.
COMPLAINTS
There are two situations before the State’s Attorney. One of them may be proceeding to resolution.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
There were three public hearings held in November. Conditional use permits were approved for Hickory Ridge and Buckheart Solar.
